Summer term focus on Children's Rights

Throughout the summer term, there will be explicit opportunities across the curriculum for students to exercise their rights, once again raising the profile of Tanbridge’s Rights, Respecting School Award work.

Each week, staff across the school will be integrating specific children’s rights into their lessons with the aim of highlighting the importance and relevance of these to all students across all subjects.

Mr Baker, RRSA Co-ordinator, said: “As with the earlier RRR week in March, this is a brilliant opportunity to raise awareness of children’s rights here at Tanbridge House School. Again, the students in the RRR group have been working really hard behind the scenes to prepare resources for staff and create posters to promote this to the wider student body and have done a brilliant job of raising the profile of this valuable work.”
