Tanbridge House School has been recognised as one of the UK's 'Most Improved Specialist Schools', following its improved GCSE results.

 

The award, open to all specialist schools in the country of which there are 2886, was presented to Tanbridge House School, at the BAFTA centre in London on 26th February 2008.

 

Tanbridge House School is delighted at the recognition it has been awarded by the Specialist School Trust for being amongst one of the most improved schools in the country.

 

Tanbridge House School received this acknowledgement due to students achieving a greater than 10% increase in 5+ GCSEs. To gain this accolade Tanbridge House School has had to show consistency in their GCSE results over a three year period.

 

Leader of Specialism at Tanbridge House School, Rachel Joseph, said: ‘This is a fantastic achievement and recognition which we can all be very proud following the continued hard work by students and staff and everyone is to be congratulated.  Tanbridge now needs to build on this success to continue to drive to become an outstanding school.”
