Charity Matters - update

During 2009-2010 Tanbridge House School raised a staggering £10,000 for charity.   Mr Marshallsay, Senior Assistant Headteacher oversees the charitable work across the school.  Each Year group nominates their own charity to support and raise money through a variety of different ways.  In addition to this, we hold a whole school sponsored walk (every two years), non-uniform days and other whole school events to raise money for other worthwhile international, national and local charities.

This year (2011 - 2012) our students are supporting:

Year 7 Charity

Henry Barnfield Trust (local charity that support children with cancer)

Year 8 Charity

Ingfield Manor School and the QE2 School

Year 9 Charity

Great Ormond Street Hospital

Cancer Research

Year 10 Charity

Help for Heroes

Year 11 Charity

Brain Tumour Research
