Congratulations to Tanbridge House School’s catering staff
‘Salon Culinaire’ competition shows off Tanbridge House School’s catering staffs’ culinary skills.
Lucy Davies, Nikki Parker and Claire Morfett, took part in the Sodexo ‘Salon Culinaire’, a national competition held on 1st October at St Omar barrackswith over 280 entrants from the education sector.
Lucy Davis won awards for her apple and nut cake plus her hazelnut torte, Nikki Paker also won two awards one for her Lemon Tart and one for her Ginger Cake and Claire Morfett was awarded for her coffee and walnut cake.
Headteacher, Jules White, enjoys a taster of the winning cakes and said – ‘it’s not just about semolina and rice pudding anymore’ as he congratulates the Tanbridge House School catering staff for the prize winning cakes.
