Just the Job at Tanbridge
Finding the perfect job can be a hard task for anyone; studies show that two-thirds of us go to work wishing we were in a different job with little loyalty to the organisations we work for. That’s why students at Tanbridge House School are primed with the best knowledge and skills available to them so they can enter employment with all the tools needed to find their perfect job!
Research has shown that it is the newest entrants to the work force that are emerging as the most disillusioned, that’s why it is important for Tanbridge students to find a vocation in life that they are going to really enjoy from the beginning.
Fewer than four out of ten workers under the age of 25 are satisfied with their jobs, the lowest levels of satisfaction overall. Tanbridge House School aims to provide first class education and career advice to its students that will help them to reach their dream job.
Head Teacher Jules White commented, “The students who come to Tanbridge House School will be supported to reach their lifetime goals and aspirations, we aim to provide them with the opportunities and knowledge to be able to make the right decisions later in life.”
In order to give students every opportunity possible Tanbridge House School has joined together with local media company, PMW Communications, to create a new initiatives and schemes that will enable Tanbridge students to find out more about the different career paths open to them. Plans for this exciting initiative are still in the initial stages but the new career programme promises to be the first of its kind in the UK.
