Working Here

Tanbridge House School is one of three 11–16 schools in Horsham and finds itself in a special position as the only co-educational secondary school in the town.  It is one of the few secondary schools in the country to be expressly designed to meet the requirements of the national curriculum and to prepare for the hi-tech demands of the twenty-first century.

In November 2012 we were inspected by Ofsted and graded as "Outstanding". Please see our Ofsted webpage for a link to our report and more information.

We currently have approximately 1,300 students on roll and are oversubscribed.  Our academic results in public examinations are well above West Sussex and national averages.

The cornerstone of our school improvement plan is a commitment to develop all staff who work at Tanbridge to ensure that they have the skills they need in line with the priorities set in the plan.  Tanbridge is a most congenial and stimulating place in which to work.
