Appearance & Jewellery

Hair

Hair must be of natural colour - extreme styles and brightly dyed hair are not permitted. Long hair must be tied back for practical work in subjects including PE, Technology, Food Technology and Science.

Jewellery

Jewellery is limited to:

• One watch
• One plain gold or silver stud per ear

No other piercings or jewellery items are permitted - students will be asked to remove them if worn. Please note that earrings must be removed or taped over for PE.

Make up

Discreet, natural make up may be worn in Years 10 and 11 only.

Nail varnish, false eyelashes and/or false nails are not permitted.

Students will be asked to remove excessive makeup or items not permitted as detailed above.
