Our curriculum intends to arm students with a knowledge of the past. Through this we aim to provide students with transferable skills to take in to their future.

The curriculum aims to strengthen student’s knowledge of how the world around them was formed by teaching them about a variety of key events, people and societies that helped to shape not only the past, but also the modern world. Students will gain an appreciation of different and diverse cultures from around the world which can teach them empathy and acceptance of all.  

Literacy and communication are also hugely important parts of our curriculum, and we aim to encourage students to develop these skills through written and verbal work in every lesson.
