Brain food!

Year 8 and 9 Psyschology Scholars took part in a fun cross-curricular activity in January when they made literal 'brain food'!

The students spent the afternoon in the food tech rooms baking brain shaped muffins, before icing and decorating them. The activity was designed to encourage students to think about how different parts of the brain have different functions

Mrs Packer, Leader of Psychology, said: "This was a fun activity designed to spark conversations around our brains, brain food and the subject of psychology in general.  Students had a great time and we enjoyed eating the muffins at the end of the session too!"
