Celebration Assemblies
Celebration Assemblies for Years 7 to 10 took place during the penultimate week of term. These events are a wonderful opportunity to reflect on highlights of the year and recognise the outstanding achievements of our students.
Each assembly celebrated the unique journey of the year group, and included student speakers sharing memorable moments and successes from across the academic year. Individual subject awards were presented for both achievement and improvement, recognising students who have shown excellence or significant progress in each subject area.
In addition to subject awards, four special honours were given in each year group: Highest Achievement, Most Progress, Outstanding Contribution and the Headteacher’s Award – presented to a student who has truly stood out this year.
The assemblies also featured some incredible performances, including music from school bands and soloists, as well as pieces from our production of We Will Rock You (School’s Edition).
These events are a valued tradition at Tanbridge, providing a chance to celebrate hard work, personal growth, and creativity as well as our core values of Care, Kindness and Achievement.
Congratulations to all our award winners!
