Former THS Teacher returns for workshop

Did you know that Storks were not present in the UK for nearly 600 years?

Our Science and Geography Scholars had a great time working with The White Stork Project alongside our former Science Teacher and Leader of Year, Miss Vaughan.

Miss Vaughan is now a Stork Officer at the Knepp Estate - part of the The White Stork restoration project which is helping to reintroduce storks into the South East of England. 

Students spent time learning all about the The White Stork project before making promotional posters using their new found knowledge. These scholars are now looking forward to visiting the Knepp Estate in June.
