2020 GCSE Results
Tanbridge House School students have received their GCSE results, following what has been a particularly difficult and unpredictable school year across the country.
THS students were delighted to receive results which reflected their hard work, perseverance and resilience over the past five years at THS.
Notable academic achievements include Holly Curtis, who achieved nine Grade 9s; Noah Dawson, who achieved seven Grade 9s and two Grade 8s; and Daisy Harding who achieved eight Grade 9s and one Grade 8.
Remarkable progress was also made across the Yeargroup, with Sophie James, Sebastian Cutter and Daphne Nieuwenhuijs all earning results which highlighted their exceptional journey and progress.
Jules White, Headteacher, said: “I would like to say a personal thank you and well done to every one of our students receiving results today. The class of 2020 have gone through a school year like no other and we are thrilled to see so many students’ hard work recognised and reflected in their final results.
I would also like to thank my colleagues who worked relentlessly to support our students during this time and to ensure that fair and appropriate grades were recommend for each and every one of them.
Finally, I must also recognise the impact of our fantastic school community of parents, carers and families, who have supported these students through their time at THS and, in particular, during this challenging year.”
